The North Troy Inn Bed &
Breakfast, a family business since 1985, is about a mile from
the Canadian border and has five guest rooms. This lovely old
Victorian farmhouse, built in the late 1880's, sits ready to
greet travelers eager to visit this area of the Northeast
Kingdom of Vermont.
In a case of nineteenth
century grace and decor meeting twenty-first century
technology, the inn offers a guest lounge/TV room/game
room/library where you can put your feet up, read, relax or
socialize. Every morning the owner/cook will ply you with a
yummy breakfast made with organic ingredients. (Yes, organic
can be yummy.)
Near Jay Peak Ski and Golf
Resort, the North Troy Inn B & B is also within sight of
Owl's Head, a well-known Canadian ski and golfing facility.
Spring, summer, fall, winter can be great opportunities at the
North Troy Inn B & B for guests to inhale the flavor of the
seasons or rest in the quiet of the north country.
Is it time to experience a
change of pace in your lifestyle? Find adventure and enjoy the
area's skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, canoeing, cycling. If
you crave the big city take a day trip to Montreal, only an
hour and a half away. Or when you’re trying to get away
from the rat race it’s nice to just sit under a tree near
a stream and dream. Find your creativity by joining the
resident artist in the on-site art studio and paint, draw,
attend a print-making class. If you’re already a
practicing artist bring your art supplies with you and expand
your creativity with the beauty of this area. Culture buffs can
attend art shows, studios and concerts, all with talented
north country participants. If you love to shop, indulge
yourself in poking around general stores, antique and specialty
shops to find the right treasure from the Northeast Kingdom of
Vermont.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation, a valid credit
card is required or 50% payment by check for reserved stay.
Cancellations:
Because we are only a
five-room B&B we must take the matter of cancellations
seriously.
At least 14 days' notice of a cancellation:
The North Troy Inn B&B will
refund the deposit but withhold a $35 processing fee. (For
Christmas Week and President's Week, thirty days' notice is
required.)
At 13 days, or less, notice:
If the room is re-booked for the
entire reserved stay, you will receive your deposit minus a
$25.00 processing. If the room is not re-booked for the entire
reserved stay, the entire amount will be charged plus 9% VT
tax.
Guests who arrive after their confirmed
arrival date or depart before the final day of their
reservation will forfeit their deposit.
Guests who do not honor their confirmed
reservation will be debited 100% of the room charge for the
entire period reserved plus 9% VT tax.
Please note that we have no control over
the weather and there will be NO REFUNDS due to adverse
weather, ski conditions, or early departures.
